Telemarketing Executive - Microsoft Dynamics, Data & AI Solutions

Overview

Olik Global is looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for its CRM, ERP, Data, and AI product offerings. The role requires outbound calling, lead qualification, and database research to identify potential business clients.

Key Duties

• Make outbound calls to potential business prospects to promote ERP, CRM, Data & AI solutions.
• Identify key decision-makers such as IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, and Business Heads to develop qualified leads.
• Conduct research to compile targeted lists of prospective clients.
• Use BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-up activities, and the status of leads in company systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Stay knowledgeable about the latest ERP, CRM, Data & AI product updates and how to present them effectively.
• Address initial objections from prospects and refer qualified leads to the sales team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably within IT or software sales.
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, Data, and AI solutions.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to excel at cold calling and lead qualification.
• Target-oriented approach with effective time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products is advantageous.
• Willingness to work from the office in Singapore.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000.
