Job Overview

Global Websters is seeking a Telecalling Executive to join their team in Noida, within the Delhi-NCR region. This is a full-time position focused on making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and scheduling follow-up appointments. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records in the system and meeting daily and monthly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company offerings.
Provide clear explanations of products and services to customers.
Generate leads and arrange follow-up meetings or calls.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data.
Consistently meet or exceed daily call quotas and monthly performance goals.

Candidate Requirements

Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
Exhibit confidence, a positive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
Familiarity with basic computer operations.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 depending on experience.
