Overview
Shree Samarth Infotech is seeking motivated Telecalling Executives to join their healthcare BPO operations in Mumbai. This role offers freshers and experienced candidates a chance to work in a stable environment with immediate joining opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare appointment bookings.
- Assist patients and customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments.
- Deliver accurate information concerning appointment procedures and details.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients at all times.
- Ensure all customer details and appointment data are accurately recorded and updated in the system.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts comfortably.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
- Current college students are not eligible to apply.
