Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Ravi Arts, a prominent manufacturer specializing in jute bags, seeks a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries and assist in driving sales efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding customized and bulk jute bags.
• Understand customer needs and offer detailed information on products and pricing.
• Consistently follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and support sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Polite demeanor coupled with a confident personality.
• Basic computer literacy including familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates demonstrating strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
