About the Role
Join IndiaFIRST Robotics, a forward-looking brand specializing in Robotics and STEM education, as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive based in Kothrud, Pune. This position involves managing both incoming and outgoing calls with the goal of converting inquiries into demo bookings and enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephonic communication effectively.
- Convert prospective customer inquiries into scheduled demonstrations and enrollments.
- Communicate details of Robotics, AI, and STEM courses clearly to parents and guardians.
- Manage leads with timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and either Hindi or Marathi.
- Confidence and a goal-oriented approach to meet sales targets.
- Preferred background includes education or sales experience.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary ranges from 15,000 to 22,000 INR monthly including fixed pay plus performance-based incentives.
