About the Role
Compass & Coin is actively seeking a confident and client-oriented Telecaller and Customer Service Executive to be part of their expanding real estate team situated in Motor City, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in telecalling and follow up on leads to generate business opportunities.
- Handle customer service inquiries and maintain communication via WhatsApp.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings efficiently.
- Manage client follow-ups and appointments diligently.
- Provide essential support to the sales team ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess excellent communication abilities.
- Exhibit a professional and customer-centric attitude.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up capabilities and organizational skills.
- Preference given to candidates having their own vehicle.
