Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, including Windows and Mac systems, mobile devices, and meeting room technologies.
- Deliver practical support and resolve issues related to meeting room AV setups such as Polycom, Cisco video conferencing gear, Clickshare, and Microsoft Teams rooms.
- Manage cable identification and provide physical assistance for passive network equipment like patch panels and server racks, ensuring proper connectivity.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are fully functional, prepared for scheduled sessions, and pre-tested for important meetings.
- Handle IT asset and inventory processes involving tagging, monitoring, and reporting, as well as managing support tickets through the internal ticketing system with prompt and professional follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or technical technician roles.
- Proficiency in supporting meeting room audiovisual technologies such as Polycom, Cisco Webex, Board Meeting room systems, and Microsoft Teams rooms.
- Hands-on experience with device imaging, installing software, and troubleshooting on Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the IT domain.
- Desirable certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, and video conferencing or collaboration solution certifications.
- Residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is required.
