Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to lead comprehensive recruitment efforts across Engineering, Product, and Design departments. This pivotal role provides a chance to join an early-stage recruiting team and play a significant role in shaping Step's evolution as a leading fintech organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for a range of roles within the company’s Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Collaborate directly with Step’s CTO, founders, and leadership team to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies aimed at securing top-tier talent.
- Utilize various sourcing tools to actively attract and engage passive candidates, as well as handle inbound applications efficiently.
- Optimize recruitment tools, data analysis, and reporting to ensure efficient hiring workflows.
- Deliver a premium, personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within fast-paced, growing organizations.
- A strong dedication to providing a positive experience for all candidates regardless of hiring outcome.
- Ability to deeply understand candidates’ backgrounds and motivations to align with organizational needs.
- Proven success working collaboratively with hiring managers across multiple disciplines such as Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Hands-on expertise in integrating AI tools in recruitment to streamline processes, enhance candidate evaluation, and improve efficiency.
- Demonstrated self-reliance to independently manage recruitment projects from start to finish without close supervision.
- Skill in bringing clarity and organization to ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with urgency and attention to detail.
