Overview
This role serves as the primary liaison handling all business-related matters concerning the CEO's office. The individual supports the CEO by preparing various reports, documents, and inputs essential for informed decision-making.

Birla Sunlife Asset Management Company (BSLAMC), founded in 1994 as a joint venture between the Aditya Birla Group and Sunlife Financial Inc., is India's fourth largest fund management firm, managing an Average AUM exceeding INR 1.4 lakh crores as of December 2015. It ranks first in Fixed Income AUM and fifth in Equity AUM among 42 fund houses nationwide, holding approximately 10.2% market share. With a distribution network spanning 150 locations, nearly 45,000 IFAs, 190 national distributors, and 85 banking partnerships, BSLAMC serves over 2.5 million customers and employs around 1,000 staff and associates. Major Responsibilities
- Track and compile internal performance data, providing concise summaries and management information reports to the CEO.
- Support business reviews at regional and national levels involving stakeholders, shareholders, and group entities.
- Analyze operational data to highlight strengths, successes, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to the CEO and key teams.
- Monitor industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and keep the CEO informed.
- Liaise with external organizations to gather market trend intelligence and analyze for decision-making use.
- Propose strategies to address weaknesses, facilitating the achievement of company goals.
- Identify internal gaps across finance, IT, customer acquisition, and regulatory compliance, recommending initiatives aligned with the CEO's vision, such as e-commerce and digital capability enhancements.
- Track implementation progress of new initiatives and report updates regularly to the CEO.
- Serve as the central contact for all CEO-related communications internally and externally, including updates on company strategy, products, and industry matters.
- Draft speeches and write-ups about the CEO and his profile; coordinate interviews and public comments with internal teams.
- Represent the CEO’s office in internal meetings, articulating the CEO's perspectives and facilitating rapid decision-making.
- Prepare final documentation and drafts for CEO office use.
