Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable Tally Trainer to educate students on Tally Prime and fundamental accounting principles. The role includes practical instruction on Tally software, explanation of accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, inventory, and GST introduction.
Working Hours
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and hands-on training on Tally Prime and accounting basics.
- Prepare instructional content and practical exercises for students.
- Address student queries and support their learning process.
- Conduct practical sessions and assist students with assignments.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a conducive and professional learning atmosphere.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong familiarity with Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9.
- Good grasp of accounting principles and GST basics.
- Effective communication and ability to teach concepts clearly.
- Patience and confidence when instructing students.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience in teaching Tally or practical accounting is advantageous but not required.
- Preference for candidates with a commerce background.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants with prior Tally teaching or practical accounting experience are favored. Freshers who demonstrate in-depth Tally knowledge and strong communication skills are welcome to apply, preferably with a commerce educational background.
