Position Summary

Our client is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support business growth by identifying and attracting elite candidates in a dynamic marketplace. This remote role offers the chance to join a high-performing sourcing team, contributing directly to organizational success through strategic talent discovery in diverse engineering and functional domains.

Key Responsibilities

Execute full lifecycle sourcing and initial candidate screening across engineering, technical, business management, and functional roles.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend hiring requirements and develop precise candidate sourcing strategies.
Use advanced digital sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, social media channels, Boolean search techniques, and niche job boards to find passive candidates.
Engage both cleared and non-cleared professionals by leveraging knowledge of security clearance standards.
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' cultural suitability, skills, and technical qualifications, maintaining active communication throughout the process.
Support participation in sourcing events, including career fairs and selective hiring gatherings.
Utilize candidate relationship management systems and databases for daily activity tracking and data management.
Analyze labor market trends, competitor activities, and internal sourcing metrics to inform staffing strategies and engage leadership discussion.
Harness social media networks and online forums to expand candidate pipelines and reinforce the employer brand.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of focused sourcing or end-to-end recruiting experience.
U.S. Citizenship mandatory.
Proven aptitude for sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, or Juicebox.
Demonstrated ability to source technical talent across various engineering disciplines such as Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, and Aerospace, as well as non-technical areas including business, operations, and supply chain.
Experience directly sourcing candidates holding active security clearances.
Proficiency in crafting complex Boolean search strings, internet data mining, and online engagement.
Excellent adaptability combined with strong time management skills in fast-moving environments.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication capabilities, coupled with a consultative and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Background blending agency and corporate talent acquisition roles.
Recruiting or sourcing expertise within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Terms of Employment

This position is a 6-month W2 contract, offered on a remote basis.
