About the Role
Glazer's Beer & Beverage, LLC is actively seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Analyst proficient in Power BI to join their team in Dallas, TX. This full-time position involves designing, implementing, and managing Power BI business intelligence solutions to enhance operational transparency and decision-making across supply chain and operations domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Power BI solutions focusing on operations and enterprise data.
- Own and support ongoing Power BI reporting for warehouse, delivery, and supply chain metrics including labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and network performance.
- Follow established Enterprise Solutions standards, guidelines, and best practices in solution development.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify opportunities to use Power Platform tools to improve operations.
- Manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Work closely with data governance teams to design data flows from sources such as Data Warehouse through to end-user Power BI reports.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to users and business units to encourage effective use of Power Platform solutions.
- Continuously monitor Power Platform performance, recognizing and implementing improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to align deliverables with business goals.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for Power Platform projects including status updates, metrics, and business impact assessment.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL databases and enterprise sources.
- Automate recurring reports and deliver ad hoc analysis in a dynamic work environment.
- Support budgeting and forecasting through data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
- Assist in managing operational tools such as LMS and SharePoint as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least two years’ experience in a comparable role with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Advanced capabilities in Power BI including semantic data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power BI Service administration.
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, solution design, and project management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of data governance standards and best practices.
- Power Platform certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including complex formulas and data models; macro skills are advantageous.
- Experience with SQL and knowledge of relational database structures.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- This position involves extensive desk work including typing and computer use.
- Occasionally involves physical activity such as walking, standing, bending, reaching, and stooping.
- May require lifting or moving up to 15 pounds infrequently.
- The role requires consistent onsite attendance in office or business locations as supported by management schedules.
