Supervisor - PPC & Dispatch

Role Overview

This position is with a tier-1 manufacturer of plastic injection moulded components that operates multiple plants and serves a broad base of original equipment customers in Halol, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the tentative production plan for each month by the 15th day of that month.
• Once the final schedule is received, convert it into a confirmed month-wise and date-wise production plan and share it with the relevant departments.
• Build the daily production plan for every section, broken down on an hourly basis.
• Create capacity plans to support production planning and dispatch operations.
• Develop the daily dispatch plan and maintain a summary comparing annual and monthly schedules with actual dispatches.
• Prepare daily MIS reports.
• Track the availability of raw material and BOP material for production and assembly activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be a graduate with strong exposure to production planning, capacity planning, dispatch coordination, inventory follow-up, and ERP-based operational control.
