The team is compact, tightly knit, and enjoys a collaborative, high-excellence work environment with regular team events and quarterly offsite meetings.

The Opportunity

This role offers significant autonomy and crosses functional boundaries for a dynamic generalist eager to build foundational systems. As the company scales, you will be responsible for developing and standardizing essential functions and operational playbooks that enable specialized hires to follow. Each quarter brings shifting priorities, with tasks ranging from refining implementation processes to expanding marketing and recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize new operational functions and workflows prior to bringing in specialized staff, including areas such as implementations, recruiting, marketing, and business operations.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives that evolve each quarter depending on company priorities.
• Design durable systems and playbooks that facilitate successful onboarding and execution by future team members.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and work alongside sales and engineering teams to shape core organizational functions.
• Provide occasional support for customer-facing activities, which may include travel for implementations or case studies.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional post-graduate experience in high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, preferably gained through roles in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup operations.
• A versatile and adaptable generalist mindset capable of operating independently with rapid learning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment with frequently changing priorities.
• Preferred: prior healthcare industry experience or transition from a larger firm to startup environment.
