About the Role
Join Fever as a Strategic Partner Manager in Doha, where you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with Fever’s major partners across diverse sectors such as exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, permanent attractions, and sports. Fever is a leading technology platform revolutionizing access to culture and live entertainment worldwide, inspiring over 300 million users monthly across more than 55 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee top partner relationships and their events/projects, ensuring strong partnerships and continuous growth in performance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partner events by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to guarantee smooth and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic, trust-based relationships by understanding partners’ objectives and acting as a reliable advisor, while anticipating and overcoming challenges with internal collaboration.
- Lead data-driven strategies by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, reporting key insights, and driving consistent improvements.
- Collect partner feedback on products and services and translate it into actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Prepare to grow into a managerial role by mentoring Project Managers, facilitating collaboration, and supporting their career development.
- Gain comprehensive insight into Fever’s teams and processes.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management or management consulting.
- Fluent English language skills; additional language proficiencies are beneficial.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities with established success in building positive professional relationships.
- Highly analytical, well-organized, and solution-focused with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Curious mindset eager to explore innovative ideas and push boundaries.
- Commitment to excellence both personally and in team outcomes.
- Strategic thinker capable of addressing partnership challenges and leveraging proprietary data effectively.
- Collaborative, proactive, and willing to engage hands-on.
- An MBA degree is highly regarded.
