Role overview

A major contractor delivering a large building project in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Stores Supervisor to oversee store-yard operations for the construction site. The position focuses on accurate material control, team coordination, housekeeping, and safety compliance in a busy project environment.

Key duties

• Check incoming materials in the store against purchase order details and specifications.
• Track inventory counts and make sure stock levels are properly maintained across storage areas.
• Prepare material issue notes based on requests from the site team.
• Allocate manpower according to the store work plan and daily schedule.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store yard organized and uphold 5S standards at all times.
• Adhere to HSE requirements in the store area to reduce the risk of incidents and accidents.
• Lead daily toolbox talks to support a safe working environment.
• Ensure materials are loaded and unloaded on time so that store operations do not cause avoidable delays.

Candidate profile

Applicants should hold an engineering degree or diploma and bring demonstrated experience supervising and managing stores on major construction projects in the Middle East.
