Overview

Are you an adventurous and passionate Store Manager with a talent for driving sales and leading a successful retail operation? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Motivate and develop team members to maximize their individual and collective performance.
• Ensure store operations run efficiently, including stock management and visual merchandising.
• Foster a fun, engaging, and productive working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven determination and resilience to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Ability to inspire, train, and develop team members into top-performing sales staff.
• Knowledge of the New Zealand retail market and customer behavior.
• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Passion for apparel and an eye for effective visual merchandising.
• Competence in effective stock control.
• Positive attitude with a good sense of humor.
