Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture your team with enthusiasm and sensitivity.
• Create exceptional shopping experiences while showcasing products attractively.
• Manage recruitment and development of store personnel.
• Monitor corporate performance metrics, processes, and targets to ensure store success.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve daily store operations, from product selection to staff training.
• Oversee store organization, delegate tasks effectively, prioritize workloads, and maintain composure during busy periods.

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably experience in a leadership role within retail, especially in lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in using KPIs and reporting tools.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
• Basic English skills are advantageous.
