The role of Specialist, FAO is centered on managing and supporting time and attendance systems, combining IT proficiency with functional expertise. This includes configuring systems, diagnosing and fixing issues, and contributing to system implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain time and attendance systems, including rules, policies, and workflows.
• Convert business requirements into precise system configurations.
• Independently conduct advanced troubleshooting to resolve system issues.
• Liaise closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and vendors to resolve problems.
• Develop and update system documentation such as standard operating procedures and workflow guides.
• Support selection, implementation, and upgrades of systems like UKG/Kronos and Workday.
• Proactively contribute to continuous system enhancements and optimizations.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Extensive experience working with timekeeping or workforce management software.
• Practical skills in configuring system parameters such as rules, logic, and policies.
• Strong IT foundation with adept logical problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to independently troubleshoot complex technical problems within systems.
• Good knowledge of HR and payroll operational processes.
• Familiarity with platforms like UKG (Kronos), Workday, or comparable systems.
• Experience in system deployment, migrations, or upgrades is beneficial.
• Basic skills in project management add value.

Educational Qualification

A graduate degree is required.
