Sourcing Manager - Contract

About the Role

We are recruiting a Sourcing Manager on a fixed-term contract basis to join our Procurement Services Hub. This role involves supporting Category Managers with various sourcing categories in a central capacity. It is designed for an organized procurement expert who excels in a fast-paced setting governed by strong compliance requirements.

Contract Details

This position is initially offered as a six-month contract with potential for extension. Work is hybrid, requiring presence in our Dublin City Centre office two days per week. The daily contracting rate is €450.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs as well as supplier communications.
• Perform market research, conduct cost analyses, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure adherence to Group policies and regulatory standards such as CBI, EBA, and DORA.
• Keep precise procurement records and maintain documentation ready for audits.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams during supplier due diligence procedures.
• Drive continuous improvements in sourcing processes and activities.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Has between 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within financial services.
• Experienced with procurement tools such as Coupa.
• Possesses strong analytical abilities, effective stakeholder management, and clear communication skills.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong emphasis on compliance.
