Overview
Join Compass Education, a leading EdTech SaaS platform trusted by schools nationwide for managing attendance and student administration. In this vital role, you will be the key product expert supporting the sales team to convert opportunities into successful deals through tailored demonstrations, precise RFP management, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customized product demos for prospective schools, ensuring all demonstration environments are fully prepared and accurate.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of RFP and tender responses, guaranteeing timely and flawless submissions.
- Create and update sales assets to empower the sales team with strong foundational materials.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members to build confidence and deep understanding of the platform.
- Coordinate with the Onboarding department to ensure smooth transitions and zero oversights.
Candidate Profile
This position is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about technology products and driven to master their nuances. The role requires comfort in engaging with diverse stakeholders such as school principals, IT managers, and government officials while maintaining constructive dialogue. Excellent written communication skills are essential for producing high-caliber RFP responses, and a strong attention to detail is vital to prevent errors in demos and tender documents.
This is a highly collaborative position focused on enhancing the effectiveness of sales representatives and maximizing deal closure rates.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in EdTech is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with demo and RFP tools such as Consensus will accelerate your onboarding, but genuine product interest and communication skills are of utmost importance.

- Location: Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Compensation: $116,000 base salary plus superannuation and up to $170,000 OTE.
