Solar Operations and Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Raxa Electrical is seeking a dedicated Solar Operations and Marketing Coordinator to manage coordination between customers, suppliers, and solar installation teams in Surat, Gujarat. This role includes responsibility for scheduling, record maintenance, customer follow-ups, and marketing efforts with both office and field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and on-site solar installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize site surveys, deliveries of materials, and installation schedules efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records including project documentation, payments, and customer leads.
• Proactively follow up with new and existing customers interested in solar solutions.
• Conduct marketing visits locally to generate new business leads.
• Engage with builders, architects, electricians, and local businesses for promoting solar products.
• Support marketing initiatives on WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
• Provide daily updates regarding work progress and project statuses.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Graduate degree, Diploma, or ITI certification.
• Preferable knowledge of solar technology or electrical systems.
• Basic proficiency with computers, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp.
• Excellent coordination abilities and persistent customer follow-up skills.
• Capable of handling both office responsibilities and field visits.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary between ₹12,000 and ₹25,000, along with additional travel allowances and performance incentives.
