Role Overview
The position of Solar Consultant is a full-time, onsite role located in Singapore. The consultant's primary responsibility is to guide customers in selecting suitable solar power solutions that integrate effectively with current roofing systems. Responsibilities include performing site assessments, crafting client-specific proposals within budget constraints, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and managing the sales process for solar installation projects.
Daily functions involve articulating the advantages of solar systems to customers, resolving their queries, liaising with internal teams on technical and installation requirements, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact until project completion. Staying updated with the latest solar industry trends, regulations, and local incentives is also essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding of solar industry fundamentals and system operations.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for clearly explaining technical information.
- Strong customer service focus to build trust and maintain durable relationships.
- Capability to work onsite in Singapore and coordinate effectively with roofing and installation teams.
