Social Media Manager

About the Role

Indian Institute of Organics is looking for a creative and goal-oriented Social Media Manager who has a minimum of two years of practical experience handling various social media channels. This individual will be responsible for crafting engaging content and driving the brand's growth through strategic digital campaigns.

Key Duties

• Design and implement social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
• Create and schedule compelling content such as posts, reels, stories, and integrated campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars ensuring messaging remains consistent with brand voice.
• Track and evaluate social media metrics, preparing detailed monthly performance reports.
• Interact with audience members by responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement online.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing staff for successful campaign delivery.
• Stay informed on the latest industry developments, platform changes, and competitor strategies.
• Preferably execute and refine paid social media advertising campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms.
• Comprehensive familiarity with key social channels and their analytics tools.
• Proven ability in content planning, writing, and campaign oversight.
• Experience working with management and design tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or equivalents.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities, creative thinking, and effective time management are essential.
