About the Role

Angelino's Coffee, a rapidly expanding coffee brand based in Los Angeles, is seeking a Social Media Content Lead to manage and execute its entire social media presence. The role requires directing, shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video content across platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The focus is on creating engaging content that drives retention, saves, and shares, and improving each subsequent post based on analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create, direct, film, and edit short-form videos to strengthen brand presence.
• Oversee and maintain the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met without supervision.
• Develop compelling hooks and creative concepts that capture audience attention within the first two seconds.
• Analyze content performance metrics such as retention, saves, shares, and watch time to refine strategy continuously.
• Collaborate closely with the team to translate strategic objectives into high-performing content.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio showcasing short-form video content with demonstrable results.
• Proficiency using video editing software like CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Experience interpreting social media analytics and adapting content strategies accordingly.
• Strong understanding of effective short-form video hook structures.
• Capability to independently manage and execute a content calendar.
• Must be based in Los Angeles with availability for in-person collaboration as required.
• Preferred: background in coffee, food, or beverage brands; comfort appearing on camera; experience working with founder-led companies.

• Position located in Los Angeles with some onsite presence expected.
