Rentozo Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and imaginative Social Media Content Creator to highlight commercial real estate properties through compelling video presentations and to oversee the company’s social media presence. This role requires fundamental video editing capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and enthusiasm for producing appealing content aimed at prospective buyers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce short property walkthrough videos approximately 40 to 50 seconds long for listings available to buy or lease.
- Regularly update and handle content on Rentozo's various social media channels.
- Edit video footage using basic techniques such as cutting, adding transitions, incorporating text overlays, and selecting background music.
- Capture high-resolution images and videos showcasing commercial properties.
- Maintain a consistent, engaging, and professional brand representation across all content.
