Site Supervisor

Role Overview

This position is for a Site Supervisor supporting the Mahanagar Gas Limited meter installation project. The role focuses on coordinating on-site activities for PNG gas meter fitting and GI pipeline work while making sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbers and helpers engaged in installing MGL PNG gas meters and GI pipeline systems.
• Plan the day’s assignments, track output, and make sure installation work is finished on schedule.
• Carry out site checks to confirm that installation is practical and follows MGL specifications and safety rules.
• Work with customers, society representatives, and the project team so that installation activities run smoothly.
• Make sure materials, tools, and safety gear are used correctly at the site.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, installation documentation, attendance logs, and work updates.
• Support resolution of site-level issues and offer technical direction to plumbers and helpers whenever needed.
• Maintain workmanship quality, follow safety procedures, and help ensure a positive customer experience throughout the installation process.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
