Site Labourer

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join a prominent residential construction project in Swindon. This position involves supporting skilled trades and assisting the site management team during the final stages of existing development phases and the commencement of new groundwork for a leading UK housebuilder.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the construction site clean, safe, and orderly at all times.
• Provide assistance to skilled tradespersons including Carpenters, Bricklayers, and Dryliners.
• Safely handle material movement and unloading deliveries.
• Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Support the Site Management team with daily operational duties.

Requirements

• Current valid CSCS Card.
• Use of full Personal Protective Equipment including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, and steel-toe cap boots.
• Prior experience working on a busy residential construction site.
• Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Ability to provide at least one professional reference.

This is an ongoing, long term role offering an hourly rate between £15.00 and £16.00 depending on experience, located onsite in Swindon (SN4).
