Site Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer with a bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering from a recognized institution. The role involves overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that all projects comply with specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction operations at the site, making sure that all work aligns with project requirements and safety codes.
• Perform routine inspections to track progress, detect issues early, and guarantee conformity with engineering and design criteria.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Interpret and analyze engineering documents including plans, aerial photographs, blueprints, topographical and geological data to guide construction work.
• Manage procurement and timely supply of construction materials that meet industry quality standards.
• Identify risks proactively and implement measures to prevent delays, cost overruns, and safety incidents.
• Keep detailed records such as progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality checks to document project status.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in construction and site execution.
