Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily goals including excellent customer service and compliance with sales and profit targets.
• Manage shifts independently, ensuring food and drinks are served accurately according to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and legally compliant working environment.
• Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures and policies.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively run shifts and prioritize tasks.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to the role, colleagues, and pub environment.
• Possess friendly communication abilities and a trustworthy, respectful disposition.
• Manage high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Comply with the company's appearance and conduct standards.
• Accept and act upon performance feedback from management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay rate of £12.91 per hour.
• Guaranteed minimum-hour contract.
