Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves supporting and advancing digital platforms, customer-centric applications, and the ServiceNow environment. The developer will be instrumental in crafting and sustaining technology solutions that assist various stakeholders including students, families, donors, schools, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive project completion.
- Implement technology solutions that support key organizational functions.
- Engage in workflow automation and leverage AI technologies as part of innovation initiatives.
- Ensure integration of applications with backend systems and external APIs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of four years in software development roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficient in JavaScript programming.
- Experience developing full-stack applications.
- Background working with APIs, integrations, and backend infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Prior experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous.
Compensation and Additional Information
This position offers a salary range between 1,500,000 and 2,500,000 INR annually.
