Role Summary

The Senior Vice President of Operations will be part of the executive leadership team and will own the enterprise operational agenda. The role is responsible for shaping and implementing company-wide operating strategy, strengthening internal systems, improving execution across functions, and supporting long-term growth.

In this role, the leader will build scalable frameworks, improve controls, raise efficiency, and coordinate tightly with operations, technology, compliance, risk, client services, and commercial teams. The goal is to maintain institutional-grade service standards while keeping operations aligned with strategy.

Operational Strategy and Leadership

Create and roll out operational strategies that support corporate goals.
Design infrastructure that can scale as the business expands.
Set up governance models, policies, and performance benchmarks.
Promote a culture centered on excellence, ownership, and ongoing improvement.

Enterprise Operations Management

Direct daily operational performance across multiple business areas.
Maintain consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Build standard operating procedures and practical operating standards.
Prepare operations for new products, strategic programs, and geographic or market growth.

Process Optimization and Scalability

Review and redesign workflows to improve productivity and scale.
Introduce automation, workflow improvements, and operational technology tools.
Develop dashboards and performance metrics for executive visibility.
Lead initiatives that continuously improve how the business operates.

Risk Management and Operational Controls

Build and sustain frameworks for managing operational risk.
Spot risks in processes and implement practical mitigation steps.
Strengthen internal controls that support continuity and resilience.
Work with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to keep the business regulatorily prepared.

Client Operations and Service Excellence

Oversee operational support across the institutional client journey.
Improve onboarding, service standards, and response times.
Maintain professionalism, clarity, and a strong client experience.
Support retention by ensuring operations consistently deliver well.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Business Development, Risk, and Client Services.
Lead cross-functional work that advances strategic priorities.
Align execution with company goals and client expectations.
Encourage strong communication and collaboration across leadership and teams.

Business Performance and Strategic Execution

Track organizational performance through data and executive reporting.
Share operational insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
Ensure resources are allocated effectively against business priorities.
Drive execution of major enterprise initiatives.

Leadership and Talent Development

Build, coach, and guide a high-performing Operations team.
