Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Snowflake Developer with comprehensive expertise in designing robust data models and building efficient ELT pipelines. The candidate should be proficient in writing advanced SQL queries, leveraging dbt for data transformation, and utilizing Python for data handling tasks.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Develop and maintain data models and ELT workflows using Snowflake and related tools.
• Manage data quality, governance protocols, and security standards within the platform.
• Optimize performance and manage cloud costs effectively.
• Implement MLOps-related tasks to support machine learning workflows.
• Integrate and work with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Collaborate with business intelligence teams to support reporting and analytical needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Snowflake data platform and related technologies.
• Familiarity with data build tools such as dbt and orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of version control using GIT.
• Exposure to messaging platforms like Kafka.
• Solid understanding of SQL and Python programming.
• Prior experience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Understanding of BI tools and MLOps processes.

Location: Chennai, India. This is an onsite role.

Salary Range: 1,800,000 to 3,300,000 INR annually.
