Work Schedule and Location

This role is fully remote with designated working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in agile scrum meetings and collaborate creatively within an agile project environment.
• Manage assignment tasks efficiently while working collaboratively with the team.
• Analyze and comprehend business needs to design effective Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components along with configuring Salesforce applications.
• Execute integration of Salesforce with third-party systems and external applications via REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On methods.
• Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain adherence to coding standards for clear, maintainable code.
• Automate various business workflows using Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and email alerts.
• Administer migration of changes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Achieve minimum 85% test coverage through writing unit and integration test cases and perform independent code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues promptly.
• Prepare technical design and approach documentation as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience excluding end-user only exposure, with in-depth knowledge of Lightning Web Components and integrations.
• Proven leadership capability, acting as the primary resource managing enterprise projects potentially lasting up to two years.
• Effective client engagement skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in handling sophisticated projects and coordinating with remote/offshore teams.
• Platform Developer II Salesforce certification mandatory.
• Comprehensive expertise in Salesforce including Digital Experience Sites (Communities), all types of Flows, Security and Permission frameworks, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Strong focus on leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce features to build scalable solutions.
• Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps tools.
• Ability to translate business processes and requirements into scalable technical solutions maximizing native Salesforce capabilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in JavaScript and C# programming languages.
