Position Summary
The role is for a Relationship Officer/Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Field Officer Sales. This role involves managing customer acquisition and driving business loan disbursement within specified territories while balancing sales, client interaction, and field operations to maintain low delinquency and meet disbursement goals.
Key Duties
- Generate business loan sales by prospecting and onboarding potential customers, establishing relationships, and meeting sales targets via regular field engagement.
- Ensure disbursement objectives are achieved with minimal delinquency rates.
- Evaluate new markets and customer acceptance to identify expansion opportunities within operational areas.
- Manage loan disbursement, repayment tracking, and delinquency control by hitting daily and weekly targets.
- Conduct routine field visits, lead center meetings, and review loan applications thoroughly.
- Build and nurture strong internal and external client relationships, enhancing brand recognition among potential customers.
- Maintain consistent contact through daily and weekly meetings and center visits.
Candidate Profile
- One to five years of experience in field sales, especially in lending products, direct market sourcing, or small-ticket business loans.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of business loan models is preferred.
Additional Information
Educational qualifications accepted include completion of 10th, 12th grade, or any graduate degree. The position is based in multiple locations including Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
