Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, overseeing all stages from candidate outreach to contract signing.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Lead active sourcing initiatives and build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, advising them on recruitment strategies and labor market conditions.
• Maintain and update candidate records within the internal system Clusterix.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in refining and standardizing internal recruitment procedures to improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop a small team through onboarding, mentorship, and functional leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 3 to 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Adapt well to dynamic, fast-changing work settings and handle changes flexibly.
• Demonstrate accountability by working independently and delivering practical solutions.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to manage high recruitment volumes and prioritize effectively.
• Communicate fluently in German both spoken and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Set ambitious goals and pursue them through data-driven and performance-oriented methods.
• Think strategically about recruitment, focusing on processes, talent pipelines, and scaling.
