Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will spearhead large, complex initiatives that are critical to advancing strategic goals, focusing on departments such as Sales, Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Experience, and Sales Operations. This position demands autonomy in managing all phases of projects—from initiation to closure—while collaborating extensively with business unit leaders, technology teams, external partners, and senior executives to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of sizable, intricate projects independently, overseeing planning, resource management, scheduling, execution, and project closure.
• Develop detailed project plans inclusive of charters, scopes, deliverables, dependencies, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Proactively handle project scope changes, anticipate potential risks, and formulate contingency strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain essential business relationships across internal departments and external collaborators to promote project success.
• Serve as liaison among project teams, stakeholders, external parties, and executive sponsors to align expectations and deliverables effectively.
• Manage project budgets and resources vigilantly, adjusting allocations as project requirements evolve.
• Identify business processes impacted by projects and implement initiatives to optimize and modernize these processes.
• Establish comprehensive communication strategies for all stakeholders involved in projects.
• Facilitate change management efforts by standardizing policies and procedures throughout project phases.
• Conduct post-project analyses to assess achievement of objectives and detect areas for improvement.
• Apply sound judgment and innovation to decision-making, often with incomplete information.
• Mentor and provide informal guidance to junior project managers.
• Contribute to other strategic program management efforts as necessary.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years’ experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and practical experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects comprising multiple workstreams successfully.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with capability to present to leadership at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at managing ambiguity and making timely, balanced decisions.
• Results-driven mindset with a consistent record of delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Proficient in building trust across teams, adapting to shifting priorities, and making effective decisions in uncertain situations.
• Experience presenting complex information across diverse forums and leadership tiers.
• Ability to collaborate independently and as part of a team within a hybrid working environment.
• Knowledge of B2B distribution models is advantageous.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience or certification in Agile methodologies and/or Six Sigma is an added benefit.
• Background in customer experience, sales, or marketing sectors is considered a plus.
