This opportunity is for a Senior Innovation Manager in the United States, offered through a partner employer that handles applications and subsequent hiring steps. You will connect consumer understanding, new market trends, and scientific progress to create product strategies that support long-term expansion. The position blends brand strategy, innovation, consumer behavior, and commercial delivery.
As the leader of the innovation pipeline, you will guide concepts from the earliest stage all the way to commercialization and launch. The role suits someone who is strategic, curious, and energized by building new categories in a fast-changing environment.

Key responsibilities
- Build and run both near-term and long-range innovation plans by managing a pipeline of disruptive ideas that support core business growth and breakthrough opportunities.
- Take innovation initiatives through stage-gate reviews, commercialization, and launches across retail and digital sales channels.
- Spot emerging consumer needs, market shifts, and white-space opportunities that can become new growth platforms and competitive differentiators.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and teams in Brand Strategy, Marketing, Insights, Finance, and eCommerce to shape strong innovation programs.
- Develop persuasive innovation stories and strategic messages for customers in both physical retail and online environments.
- Leverage consumer research, market intelligence, and category trends to guide innovation priorities and uncover growth potential.
- Contribute to long-term brand direction by bringing forward new ideas, market viewpoints, and innovation recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure innovation programs are executed successfully.
- Help foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and ongoing improvement by sharing knowledge and strengthening team capabilities.
Requirements
- 5 to 12 years of experience in brand strategy, innovation, product development, or a similar function within the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in building new markets, creating new categories, and launching innovations from concept through commercialization.
- Strong strategic judgment with the ability to identify trends, consumer opportunities, and future areas of growth.
- Analytical capability to interpret syndicated data, consumer insights, and market performance metrics.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and practical business actions.
- Experience working across several channels, including eCommerce and traditional retail.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, including the use of PowerPoint and Excel-based analysis.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong interest in health, wellness, beauty, and consumer innovation, with a drive to build transformational brands.
- Experience mentoring others and contributing to leadership and team development.
- MBA is preferred, though not mandatory.
