Senior Influencer Manager

About the Role

NYTA, a dynamic agency based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Senior Influencer Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on fashion, luxury, and beauty sectors. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of relevant agency experience managing influencer and celebrity collaborations, overseeing projects from strategic planning through to evaluation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer and celebrity campaign strategies tailored for fashion, beauty, luxury, retail, and lifestyle brands.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including sourcing, briefing, contract management, execution, and performance reporting.
• Maintain and leverage established relationships with influencers, celebrities, talent managers, and agencies within the UAE and GCC markets.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Continuously analyze social media trends and performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Source and recommend talent best suited to client branding goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in influencer and celebrity campaign management within an agency environment.
• Proven background working with fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong networking skills with an established local influencer and celebrity network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and analytical tools for performance measurement.
• Must be currently located in Dubai.
