Role overview

This position is for a Senior HR Recruiter with Cms Info Systems Limited in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring support, from understanding manpower needs to closing positions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret staffing needs by discussing hiring plans and role expectations with department leaders.
• Find potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals from employees, and other sourcing channels.
• Review applications, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct first-round phone screenings.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed at every stage of the hiring process.
• Handle salary discussions, finalize compensation details, and issue offer letters.
• Support new joiner documentation and coordinate onboarding activities for a smooth transition.
• Update candidate records, hiring databases, and recruitment trackers accurately.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Work to create a strong, positive experience for every applicant.
• Compile and share recruitment status updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 per month.
