Role Overview
Proclivity Digitech Private Limited is hiring an experienced HR professional to take charge of the company’s people operations and build a dependable HR framework from the ground up. This position calls for someone who is highly organized, process-focused, and able to lead HR activities with professionalism and strong accountability.
The role is based in Kolkata and is a full-time, work-from-office position. The business operates in international BPO, IT services, website sales, and ELD-related services.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for shaping HR systems, maintaining smooth coordination across departments, and ensuring that recruitment, employee handling, compliance, and workplace processes run efficiently.
- Design and maintain the company’s HR structure, workflows, reporting lines, SOPs, and employee management systems.
- Work closely with Operations, Admin, Accounts, Training, and Management to keep internal processes aligned.
- Support a workplace culture built on discipline, productivity, accountability, retention, and consistent performance.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for international website sales, international B2B outbound sales, ELD sales, ELD customer support, and internal teams such as IT, HR, Admin, Operations, and Backend.
- Source candidates through consultancies, placement cells, referrals, recruiter networks, social media, and professional contacts.
- Track candidates from interview stage through joining, document collection, offer rollout, training, and floor onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, biometric attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, warning processes, and overall workplace conduct.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, and management on HR compliance and policy matters.
- Oversee exits, full and final settlements, asset returns, and closure documentation.
- Ensure company policies are implemented properly and support the organization’s interests.
- Represent the company professionally to employees, applicants, vendors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Guide recruiters, interns, and HR executives while helping the department meet its targets.
Experience & Qualification
The company prefers candidates with 7–10 years of experience for this leadership-oriented role, while also noting that 3–5 years of relevant HR experience is required. Experience in international BPO, website sales, or ELD processes is preferred, and exposure to bulk hiring or large-team management will be an added advantage.
A graduation degree is mandatory. MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred.
