Role Overview
This position is remote-first within Europe, requiring candidates to be based within CET +/-3 hours. As a Senior Growth Manager, you will lead demand generation, product marketing, influencer programs, and sales enablement efforts, helping scale our pipeline and accelerate company growth. The role includes ownership of key integrated campaigns and close collaboration with cross-functional teams and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns for major events such as product launches, category milestones, and funding announcements.
- Own and manage the flagship GTM10 Awards program and capitalize on community partnership opportunities.
- Set strategic direction and uphold quality standards for the long-form content engine, building collaborations with B2B SaaS growth leaders.
- Contribute to product marketing by supporting positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new features and releases.
- Create sales collateral including battlecards, one-pagers, and customer success stories to empower the sales team.
- Lead and operationalize the micro-influencer program, identifying GTM practitioners, VCs, and software operators as distribution partners and tracking impact.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, content, partnerships, design freelancers, and sales teams.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates grit and high self-motivation, with a proactive approach to building and refining growth playbooks.
- Possesses 5 to 7 years of experience leading growth, content, or demand generation functions in fast-paced B2B software environments.
- Highly proficient with LLM tools such as Claude and related plugins; uses these technologies to enhance productivity and output.
- Proven track record of running demand generation and content programs that drive pipeline rather than just traffic.
- Strong design sensibility with a clear understanding of quality in marketing materials.
- Organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Technically savvy, comfortable engaging with marketing automation, analytics tools, and product teams.
- Excellent command of English with the ability to produce persuasive and clear copy across various formats.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SEO and geographic optimization (GEO).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Framer and Webflow.
- Background in product-led growth (PLG) or referral/word-of-mouth marketing contexts.
