Senior Executive - New Product Development

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and elaborate innovative product ideas in detail.
• Conduct thorough concept and product testing for newly developed products.
• Oversee project management including gate network processes for new product launches.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as packaging vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure successful product commercialization.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute effective launch plans and networks.

Experience and Skills Required

• Prior experience in FMCG sales covering both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Preferably experienced within the personal care product categories.
• Demonstrated background in New Product Development is a distinct advantage.
• Self-motivated individual willing to engage hands-on with tasks.
