Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join the Commercial Solutions Product Management team. This role merges data analysis with business and product insights to support product strategies and client solutions. You will be hands-on in delivering high-quality analytics and data-driven products, working collaboratively with Product, Sales, Technology teams, and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for product, client, and business decisions.
- Translate business needs into precise analytical requirements, use cases, and impact assessments.
- Design, build, and deliver both recurring and ad hoc data queries, datasets, and reports.
- Manage deliverables end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, quality, and ease of use.
- Maintain and enhance recurring data outputs to safeguard core revenue sources.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams on bespoke data solutions, business cases, and new products.
- Support market research and strategic analyses influencing product development.
- Align priorities and outcomes by partnering with multiple internal teams and clients.
- Present insights effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Optimize workflows using modern automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and oversight to uphold team standards and consistency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative disciplines like Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Over five years' experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles.
- Proven success collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Skilled in handling large datasets and developing data models.
- Knowledgeable in modern data platforms and data management techniques.
- Experience incorporating automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance processes and output.
- Understanding of real estate, mortgage lending data, land registration, and property datasets considered an asset.
- Familiarity with GIS concepts and spatial analysis tools like ArcGIS is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a solution-focused attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage priorities and deliver high-quality results.

- Eagerness to explore and adopt new technological tools and AI capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The total annual salary range for this position is between 106040 and 114400 Canadian dollars, inclusive of base pay and target incentives, with salary adjusted based on experience and impact potential.
