Senior Construction Manager Civil

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager specializing in civil works to oversee the delivery of landmark high-rise developments throughout the UAE. This leadership position involves guiding complex residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use construction projects from initial stages through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of high-rise construction, including mobilization, substructure, superstructure, architectural finishes, testing & commissioning, and final handover.
• Manage advanced construction techniques such as deep basement works, post-tension systems, jump-form and climbing-form systems, as well as façade installation.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, are completed on schedule, within allocated budgets, and meet excellent quality benchmarks.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Optimize tower-crane utilization, floor cycle times, vertical logistics, manpower productivity, and overall resource management.
• Supervise structural, architectural, façade, MEP coordination, and premium finishing activities.
• Maintain strict adherence to HSE policies, QA/QC protocols, contractual obligations, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Proactively handle construction risks, technical issues, stakeholder coordination, and ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 20 years of construction experience focused on high-rise building projects.
• Demonstrated expertise working with Tier-1 main contractors within the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven track record delivering high-rise buildings exceeding 25 storeys.
• Solid knowledge across residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Deep understanding of high-rise structural systems, formwork cycle management, façade coordination, MEP interfaces, project controls, and construction scheduling.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, strong communication, negotiation, and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.
