Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. This contract role requires presence onsite three days per week. The position offers a compensation of CAD 50 per hour, inclusive.

Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be instrumental in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for multifaceted banking projects that include coordination with numerous vendors and third-party entities. The role demands proactive engagement in uncovering and clarifying business needs, independent management of functional requirements documentation, and effective collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven extensive experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed requirements.
• Background in handling complex banking-related initiatives with multiple vendors and third-party collaborators.
• Ability to initiate requirement discovery and address unclear or ambiguous areas proactively.
• Competency in independently managing and maintaining functional requirements documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across diverse teams including business units, technology groups, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the Business Banking domain is preferred.
• Familiarity with TSYS platforms or systems is a beneficial asset.
