Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Examine large and multifaceted datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and business insights across diverse domains.
• Convert data analysis into actionable insights that influence digital product strategies and improve customer experiences.
• Construct business cases backed by quantitative data to assess product upgrades and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to establish analytical requirements and define success metrics.
• Design, develop, and upkeep reporting tools and business intelligence products to track key performance indicators and overall business health.
• Develop and maintain analytical data products to aid in ad hoc analyses and strategic decision-making processes.
• Conduct analyses of customer journeys and longitudinal data to spot opportunities for enhancing engagement and digital experiences.
• Outline analytical strategies by framing business challenges, recognizing assumptions, defining data needs, and proposing business actions.
• Deliver findings via executive-level presentations, dashboards, and visualizations that articulate complex insights clearly.
• Perform market and competitor research to appraise business prospects and support planning efforts.
• Contribute to shaping data asset roadmaps and promote best practices for analytics organization-wide.
• Work collaboratively within Agile teams to provide data-driven business solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in roles like Business Analyst or Business Analytics Analyst contributing to business strategy.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis from multiple sources.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and intricate analysis.
• Skilled in preparing executive-level PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate analytical results.
• Adept at translating complex business questions into analytical methodologies and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Excellent analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving competencies.

Preferred Expertise

• Prior involvement in supporting digital products, customer experience, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with customer journey analytics or longitudinal data examination.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.
• Experience creating business cases and financial impact models.
• Knowledge in market research and competitive analysis.
• Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks.
