About The Role
The Knot Worldwide is devoted to celebrating meaningful moments through its passionate team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Venue vertical team to expand our network of subscription-based venue partners, including banquets, hotels, and wedding lawns. This role involves hands-on territory management focusing on lead generation, vendor onboarding, subscription sales, renewals, and market development within the Greater Lucknow Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential venue partners across the assigned region.
- Present and close sales on subscription plans tailored to partners' needs and benefits.
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships to secure subscription renewals by demonstrating sustained value.
- Oversee the overall health and growth of the designated territory.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and vendor feedback to optimize sales approaches.
- Represent the brand positively in vendor meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, and category teams to enhance vendor experience.
- Maintain detailed records and sales progress updates using CRM tools and regularly report insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B field sales, vendor onboarding, or subscription sales; background in hospitality, weddings, event services, or SaaS is advantageous.
- A graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently with strong time-management capabilities.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- A driven and relationship-focused mindset, with awareness of market dynamics and dedication to achieving results.
Work Model and Location
This position is based in Lucknow and involves fieldwork. Initial training for one week will occur at the Delhi office. Travel throughout the Lucknow territory is expected.
