Role overview

The organization is looking for a highly capable AI Engineer who can design, build, and connect AI-driven solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and cloud AI services. The position centers on developing proof-of-concepts, creating intelligent automation, and embedding AI capabilities into enterprise systems to address practical business needs.

What you will do

• Create and deliver AI-powered applications and automation workflows.
• Develop and test proof-of-concepts using modern AI and machine learning methods.
• Connect large language models with enterprise systems through REST APIs and related integration approaches.
• Refine prompt engineering methods to improve output quality and model behavior.
• Design retrieval-augmented generation solutions for enterprise knowledge access.
• Work with cloud AI offerings such as Azure OpenAI, AWS AI Services, and OpenAI APIs.
• Build scalable Python-based backend services and AI integrations.
• Partner with engineers, architects, product owners, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Debug, tune, and support AI systems while maintaining performance, scalability, and security.
• Keep up with new AI tools, frameworks, and industry practices.

Skills and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Strong command of Python programming.
• Practical experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on involvement in AI and machine learning integration projects.
• Solid understanding of large language models and generative AI.
• Experience with prompt engineering approaches.
• Practical implementation exposure to retrieval-augmented generation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms including Azure OpenAI Services, OpenAI APIs, and AWS AI Services.
• Working knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI applications.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
