Senior AI Engineer

Position Overview

INVENTIC is looking for a Senior AI Engineer with extensive expertise in product management, specifically in B2B and enterprise environments involving generative AI and agent-based artificial intelligence systems. This role requires a deep technical understanding and the ability to translate complex, ambiguous challenges into well-defined product strategies.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• More than 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on B2B or enterprise solutions incorporating generative AI or agentic AI technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, multi-agent architectures, and multi-component platforms (MCP) including relevant tools.
• Hands-on experience in building and managing AI infrastructure components such as knowledge systems, memory layers, and orchestrating AI workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with a strategic mindset to resolve ambiguous issues into clear product plans.
